Fine dining at Shezan restaurant offers something a bit different from traditional Indian cuisine, Shezan signature dishes include Khyberi Karahi, a speciality from the Khyber pass region consisting of diced lamb or chicken, cooked on a high flame with the simplest of spices and fresh tomatoes, capsicum, ginger, garlic and green chilies in a traditional iron karahi.
